5* I do not have enough good words to say about Kim's place!   Our group included 8 teenage boys and we fit comfortably here.  The kids enjoyed the amenities and they stayed occupied all day and night!  Kitchen was well stocked and perfect for feeding our large group on a budget!   The location could not have been more perfect; calm enough for safe swimming/floating, but close enough to get to everything quickly by boat or car!   We will definitely stay here again!  Christie - Auburn, AL

5* This was the perfect weekend getaway. We enjoyed the sunshine swimming and fishing around the dock and had plenty of other activities to enjoy when we needed a break from the sun. The yard is nice to have for games and we loved the grill and fire pit for dinners. Having the darts and tv inside for the nights and brief moments of rain kept the vacation going and it was plenty of space to not feel cramped. Kim was a wonderful host and puts a lot of effort into making you feel welcomed and relaxed. She was very easy to contact and responds quickly to any questions.   Audrey, Auburn, AL

5*  “Wow” and “Thank YOU” are small words but with HUGE meaning, we had a blast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay from early mornings drinking coffee on the dock to late night enjoying the fire and making s’mores!!! We wanted a special, quiet, and relaxing place to make my husband’s 40th birthday special and we definitely found it in your home. Everything, I mean everything was perfect. Thank you Kim for always responding fast to each and every question and thank you for the special touches, even though I consider myself a great planner and packer, I can forget things to bring but you are definitely on top of everything and the extra toothbrush helped us greatly!!!
